Senator Hatch has been quoted saying that if no satisfactory alternative could be found he would favor the development of a system to automatically "destroy" the computers of those who repeatedly download or host illegal works such as songs or movies. Do you feel that Congress should grant such power, or any power, to the RIAA or MPAA? Or, do you feel that the RIAA and MPAA should fight their own battles and let Congress focus on running the country?
